They are family orientated dishes, with a nod to a guilt free takeaway experience, that ourselves, family and friends have enjoyed cooking and eating over the years. Monty’s Kitchen has been inspired by our love of good food made from quality ingredients. As professional chefs, who have travelled and worked around the world, we are trained in various cuisines. We offer a restaurant experience delivered to your door. Terry’s family are from Mississippi, which has inspired some of the dishes on the menu. Terry has set up and successfully run a steak and seafood restaurant and a gourmet burger bar in Liverpool. James has worked for many years as a head chef in Spain, Cyprus and numerous restaurants in Liverpool and has set up and successfully run an innovative city centre bar and restaurant. Monty’s is a dark or ghost kitchen, a new concept that developed during lockdown. With no high-street presence it enables restaurant quality dishes to be delivered at an affordable price.
